Quando leggo una notizia del genere mi domando: ma al comune in questione, si sono domandati come mai i bambini sono così "chiassosi"?
A volte, dico "a volte", il volume e il tono della voce vengono alzati perché si ha la percezione di non essere ascoltati.
Se quei bambini hanno alzato il tono della voce e fanno chiasso per questo motivo, mi immagino come accoglieranno i "tappi" per le maestre.
In pratica, non verranno ascoltati "alla seconda"!!!
